First time at RAW today. The salon was so beautiful and warm and relaxing. Lauren cut my hair and she was friendly, helpful and brilliant. Jess and Nicola are honestly the dream team! Jess did my colour and absolutely nailed it. I love it so much. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Nicola did my haircut and it’s perfect, so precise and exactly what I was hoping for. They were both so professional, friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Since 2023 , I have moved from West to South East. Naturally, I was missing my own hairdresser. One day walking round Dartford, spotted RAW Hairdresser shop. I was bit nervous, as approaching in new surroundings. As soon as one of the owners lady BELL started talking with beautiful smile on he face. All of my nervousness blew away. Ever since then up to now , different reception staff members or different trainy staff ,didn't make any difference with my hair style experience. In fact each time, whoever I had went above and beyond my expectation Words fails to express my gratitude towards lovely ladies. All of them, I consider as my family friends. She’s done a beautiful blonde colour and the cut is perfect – she really listens to what you want and takes so much care with the details. Ellie T also cut the kids’ hair and was amazing with them. I’d highly recommend Raw to anyone. I moved to dartford over 1 year ago and I have had Lauren since I joined the hairdressers. She has completely revived my hair with the keratin treatment. I am super happy with how healthy my hair is and how manageable it is despite it being so thick. I’ve never usually been one to go for these treatments but since I got it done I haven’t looked back. Lauren is also very welcoming and listens to my needs. I throughly enjoy going to the hairdressers which I haven’t experienced before! Xx
